Projects Scoped This Month

  • Responsive to all filtering

  • Resets on the first of the month

  • Includes statuses Building, Approval Flow, Approved, and Won

    • DOES NOT include Lost because a user could start the project and mark it lost before completion

AVG Win/Loss %

  • Responsive to all filtering

  • Total Projects Won/(Total Projects Won + Total Projects Lost)

AVG Margin Per Project

  • Responsive to all filtering

  • Average values of Total Contract Margin, excluding Projects with a Lost status.

  • History over one full year + the days of the same month from a year ago. Include an example (year, blocked)

AVG Revenue Per Project

  • Responsive to all filtering

  • Average values of Total Contract Revenue, excluding Projects with a Lost status.

Total Revenue Scoped

  • Responsive to all filtering

  • Total revenue on all scoped projects in the account (including Projects with a Lost status).

  • No timeframe limit.

Revenue Graph

  • Responsive to all filtering

  • Excludes Projects with a Lost Status

  • Projects graphed by the date the Project was created in ScopeStack

Current Workflow

  • Lists most recent projects by Project Creation Date, grouped by status

Top Lines of Busines

  • Responsive to Team and "Just mine" filtering

  • Shows you which Lines of Business have the highest total number of services scoped in all projects, including Lost projects.

Top Clients

  • Responsive to Team and "Just mine" filtering

  • Shows the top 5 Clients by the number of projects and the number of projects for each of those clients, including Lost projects.

Aging Projects

  • Responsive to Team and "Just mine" filtering

  • Shows projects by the month they were created, separated out into their current status, including Lost projects.
